The App refers you to a new version and demands an update. When you tap on the "Update," it takes you back to "Open" on the App, but refuses to open. Rather, it returns you to "New Version Available" and the cycle continues. Please do something about it. Time is of the essence! Thanks.

This is a good decision for the pensioners. The app need to be upgrade very well through the web designer, UI/UX designer. I was unable to do the verification on the app after inputting the account number and bank name, pop up with "pensioner not found" The UI/UX designer supposed to design a "create account icon" to create account as a new user to the app with the use of "service number and NIN", this will generate a reference number for the user. Likewise, the login icon for the user.

The effort put into creating this app and the foresight behind it deserve a whole 5 star but I'm giving it only 3 stars because it kept freezing up at every last stage of my enrollment, after completing everything at every stage! Then, I tried contacting the HQ on Whatsapp with a screenshot of the failures but two months on, there's no response to-date. Worst is, I just updated the app from Play Store and it won't even load all after the update! Developers should urgently please fix this.
