Ratings and reviews

I LOVE Etsy however their app SUCKS!!!!!!! I use their online browser version which is way easier to navigate thru, but they've removed certain features such as tracking so it forces you to use the app. UGH! The app is HOPELESSLY convoluted & takes WAY too long to find simple basic things like your full purchasing history! And how to message a seller! Give me a break!! They need to FIRE whoever created their app & whoever approved their app! I always delete it after tracking 🤬😤

Edit: Thanks for improving some features. Sometimes the cart and the favorite pages don't load or take a very long time. Recently, they changed the search feature and page. Before, multiple items would be up for view in one row. Which made it easier to see/compare differences between the items side by side. It also allowed for quick viewing, with less scrolling. Now, there's one big window per row. Atleast give options to customize! Why make it worse & archaic?

Not Perfect but is ok. Can't seem to know where the "Notifications" section is at. The Etsy website has that, but the app doesn't. Also The "Profile" button is Very small. Didn't know other areas/sections were under that small Profile button. Needs to be Larger. Took quite some time to find Those Sections inside the Profile button, and that was only by accident. Having a "Recently Viewed" section would be very appealing. To show all that was looked at.
