RUN for the hills! I've been using this app since 2021. With no issues until recently. It has become a market for spam sellers and worse buyers! I sent out items, to have the buyer request a return (and agree for the return) only for the item to come back demolished. can't resell it now. and mercari says I didn't provide enough "support" to have them do anything to the buyer. they're new and literally post lego boxes on the store shelves to sell. this is the kind of client they protect.

Seller features need improvement! I prefer listing on ebay because there are more listing details & options. on Ebay I can edit my product photos, enhance them, crop, etc. On Mercari, my photos are coming up cropped and I can't zoom out further to display the whole product. Ebay allows me to do one listing for product variation, and on Mercari I have to create a separate listing for each item, which is time consuming. & takes away potential views from buyers.

Love the app, hate the fees... I feel like I end up lowballing sellers on offers so I can save money on the fees. One thing for the developers - please unsubscribe the user from receiving updates to items if they unfavorite/unlike it. It's so weird to get a notification of a lower price on an item I no longer have in my likes.
