Archaeodigit is an interregional European project that promotes the enhancement of Italian and Croatian archaeological sites through digital tools and sustainable tourism strategies. It involves places that share the same challenge: revitalising marginal areas or those with strong seasonality. The goal is to define an innovative methodology for the management, conservation, and promotion of archaeological sites by integrating advanced technologies and digital tourist routes to attract new visitor flows throughout the year.

This app is dedicated to Macerata, which, with its rich historical heritage and the Roman site of Helvia Recina, serves as a strategic link between the coast and the surrounding rural and mountainous areas. Here, the past merges with digital innovation, transforming the city into a dynamic and contemporary cultural hub.
