I love the idea of this app HOWEVER I had to reboot so many times, that when I could finally confirm it confirmed the wrong train. I then had to pay £10 to change it even though I contacted Eurostar straight away. It is a very frustrating app and not easy to use. Needs a bit of a rethink.
I like the idea but unfortunately it has a lot of glitches and keeps crashing... I will probably go back to booking from a computer until the errors are fixed .. which is a shame and defeats the objective..
I cant book tickets due to the drop down menus on the payment page not working. A real pain for me as I'm a regular traveller and used the old app constantly. Not happy.
This morning just about to check-in... the app lost all my booking. Great. Always have a paper copy with you.
