I can't rely on this app when I travel abroad because it makes my travel more stressful and less pleasant to travel by train. Today it informed me that I won't make it to my transfer because of the delay of my current train when I actually could (transfer time 6 min, same platform) and even if I couldn't it wouldn't offer alternatives. When trains don't go, they just disappear from the app display with no further information. It's really useless!

Suggestion for improvement: ensure live updates of the status of the trip in case of train delays or changes in the platform (in my experience, it does not always work).

Trains was not on time. Way to expensive. First class is still no class. App is constantly giving updates of your current travel, but they change so rapidly that they are useless. Staff was nice though.
