About this app
Your next evaluation or award should not depend on what you remember months later.
EvalBud helps you capture accomplishments, organize their impact, and turn saved details into evaluation and award drafts. Built for members of the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, it brings your personal record and direct team workflows into one place.
Keep a record of your work
- Save accomplishments while the details are fresh.
- Record dates, duties, outcomes, and measurable impact.
- Find what you need with search and filters for dates, categories, and keywords.
- Keep your record useful throughout the year, from everyday work to major achievements.
Turn your details into drafts
- Select accomplishments and generate evaluation or award drafts for supported service and rank formats.
- Work with supported EPB, OPB, AF Form 1206, NCOER, OER, EVAL, FITREP, and other service-specific workflows.
- Review and edit generated wording before you use it.
- Revisit saved drafts, then copy or export supported drafts for further review.
Capture more easily with Tell AI
With EvalBud Pro, type or speak what you did and let Tell AI organize it into an accomplishment preview. Review the details before saving them to your Log. Premium revision tools help you refine generated drafts.
Support your team
Teamspaces help supervisors and members work together on accomplishments and packages.
- Invite members and organize direct supervisor/member relationships.
- Choose which accomplishments to share and revoke sharing when needed.
- Prepare packages, review submissions, leave feedback, and request changes.
- Use Team Award Package AI with an active EvalBud Pro subscription and the required Team permissions.
