Absolutely worst experience 😞, I have applied for return of a product but everytime it shows pick up failed on its own. The delivery partner is not calling me for the return.. there is no genuine support team and the AI is the worst. I want to return my product genuinely as I have bought the product from decathelon store

Very disappointing experience. While the product quality is good, the after-sales service is extremely poor. I placed a return request on 4th December 2025, but even after months, the item has not been picked up and no proper update has been provided. Customer support is also unresponsive and fails to resolve the issue. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. A company cannot rely only on product quality while ignoring customer service. Such behavior damages customer trust.

this is the worst app ever for booking any kind orders. 1. I ordered hiking shoes through app, it was supposed to be 1 day delivery but now its been 3 days and i have not received my order. 2. using 3rd party to deliver, does not mean its not your fault. you gave wrong expectation that order will be delivered tomorrow. 3. The app sucks, everytime I try to click on contact us button, it asks me to login when i m already logged in. if i again click on login, it still gives me same button.
