Even last year this app was working perfectly. Now it is a complete nightmare. AI generated customer support where even if I say something the answer is, "Sorry I didn't understand what you are saying, I have to disconnect the call." Wow! Even when I opted for 24 hours delivery for my product now it is showing the delivery date to be 5 days later. No option to cancel as well. Just robbing us of our hard earned money, is it? I am so so disgusted.

I have ordered a pair of shoes and I completely received a different product on 11th Jan , And I want to return the product , so I selected the option * " Received the wrong product" in the app but when the delivery guy came to pick up he was saying *" the product is not matching the pictures , so I can't accept it " What the Nonsense is , and my pick up failed . later no option to contact the support team . Still facing the issue and there is no response in through mail also.

Very disappointing experience with the Decathlon app. The products delivered were not genuine Decathlon items and the quality was very poor, clearly from third-party sellers. When the size did not fit, my return request was rejected, which is unacceptable. Customer support was unhelpful and slow. This feels misleading and damages trust in the brand. I would not recommend shopping through this app.
