Absolutely one of the worst apps I've used. It's been more than a week since I placed my order, and it has already been delayed twice. Even now, there's no updated delivery date or proper tracking, the app is still showing an old delivery date. The chatbot is completely useless. It says there are no orders linked to my account, while my pending order is clearly visible in "My Orders." There's no way to contact customer support, no proper updates, and I have no idea where my package is.

very very bad customer experience. I had bought a kettlebell and time i have to exchange it for XY reasons app is not letting me. I reached out to customer support and they replied post 3rd time, they have initiated exchange on their side. i have absolutely no way to understand or track the status. app is bad, better you buy from marketplaces like amazon, flipkart instead of this app.

Ordered a bike rack listed as same-day pickup in store. Payment went through, but delivery then showed 10 days. Got a message saying the order was cancelled, though the app still showed "Processing." I cancelled it myself — now told it takes 72 hours to confirm cancellation, then 10 more business days to refund. Support is AI-only, no human escalation. Items are listed as in stock when they're not. Nearly 2 weeks to get my own money back. Be cautious ordering online here.
