Ratings and reviews

No customer support at all, not able to place the order, it keeps saying add mobile number and email, I have added both and verified both. They don't even have a real person as customer support, they have useless chatbot which don't understand basic things. Don't waste your valuable time on these people, they don't care about customers.

The store and app both are worst. I need to book an appointment for installation but the store is not responding properly and app is a nightmare. I clicked on the installation video and now it's not going back to the page where I need to fill the form. Now, I am stuck. The worst customer service I have ever had.

App shows wrong details while ordering it shows one delivery date and on that delivery date it changes to some other date and it shows it is available in store to pickup but when we go to store they say they don't have and there is no proper customer service on the website it says if the order hasn't been shipped we can cancel the order but no where we can find it all misleading information just because they don't have a competitor they are doing as per their wish I have waited for 50 min
