I just had the pathetic experience while returning the product. I bought the product which got delivered to me on a specified date. same day I returned it because of quality and the product was already used multiple times. but till now it has not been picked up and everytime it shows that the rider has already contacted me although no one has called. Even custome care amis also non responsive.

The app is good to use but unable to scan most of the products and told to product ID. The products of decathlon were known once for their quality but now they are sub- standard. I bought a pair of sports running shoes in Jan 26 and they were torn off from the sole itself in May 26.on visit to store, staff told the damaged type is not covered under warranty. did nothing .better to chose other brands. bad experience.

Delivery is pending for the last 5 days even after it is showing out for delivery. The delivery executive doesn't pickup the call. I called the customer service and after sharing the order ID, they kept me on hold for 20 minutes before disconnecting. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
