Even last year this app was working perfectly. Now it is a complete nightmare. AI generated customer support where even if I say something the answer is, "Sorry I didn't understand what you are saying, I have to disconnect the call." Wow! Even when I opted for 24 hours delivery for my product now it is showing the delivery date to be 5 days later. No option to cancel as well. Just robbing us of our hard earned money, is it? I am so so disgusted.

When it comes to online transactions, be it something as basic as logging in or contacting customer care it is a complete nightmare. I can't even switch between my messages and the app to check the OTP to log in without a failed session. forget about even trying to get a new OTP. and the customer complaint automated agent is the worst. it wants you to sum up your issue in 2 words. and it probably still won't recognise the problem and disconnect the call by itself.

worst app ever. I keep trying to create an account and at the part of otp verification there is no otp being sent to my phone number despite giving it multiple times. Whenever I try to resolve the issue by contacting the customer care there is some AI assistant who doesn't understand anything I am saying and hangs up the phone.Apart from that whenever you select exclude out of stock items it keeps showing the same out of stock items again and again. What a pathetic excuse for an app
