For the past week or two I haven't been able to open the app. I've tried on multiple devices and every time it starts to load and gets to just under halfway before it freezes and says that it is "unable to load your data". I've never had an issue with the app before but am getting very annoyed by this issue.

The information given in the app is often wrong, and if you bring it to the front desk they will just pretend it makes sense and play stupid with you. There are some contact numbers and kiosk check that is accurate but I lost my pin right after downloading this and my free play 2 weeks in a row because they claimed it was a computer glitch while my food comp and cash back was being used... I would not recommend the app and I think they need to stand behind it.

It had been working great for awhile on my Android. It currently won't open, and hasn't for a couple weeks. I get an error message & have uninstalled/installed it 3x. It's really disappointing not having access to the ap & its features. Fix it!
