I have only used this app for about 3 days, and I have to say I'm really enjoying it. I like having a journal that responds back to me and makes me think critically about what I'm feeling. I've always used a paper and pen, but sometimes you're only left with how to interpret what you're feeling and there's not always a resolution. I do wish there were some more customization features. It would be nice to set a notification at specific times of the day.

I would've given a 5 star but I wish thier was more customizable options. Like editing the names of journals, light/dark mode, and it lags a little even connected to wifi. I love it and it's been helpful. I think the ideology is beautiful. wish thier was some sort of mental health "games" and/or stimulation for mental health in it - an old app called #SelfCare has a "bedroom" with different sensory therapeutic small activities. I see the breathing exercises (which is great!).

The actual AI bot is pretty darn good. You aren't bombarded with ads, either, which is downright wonderful and worth a full star on its own. The UI, however... really sucks. It lags badly, and the keyboard often disappears. Responses are often - more often than not, in fact - truncated, usually in the middle of a sentence. There's a good chance clicking "send" will completely fail. This seriously compromises the app's usefulness.
