I would've given a 5 star but I wish thier was more customizable options. Like editing the names of journals, light/dark mode, and it lags a little even connected to wifi. I love it and it's been helpful. I think the ideology is beautiful. wish thier was some sort of mental health "games" and/or stimulation for mental health in it - an old app called #SelfCare has a "bedroom" with different sensory therapeutic small activities. I see the breathing exercises (which is great!).

The actual AI bot is pretty darn good. You aren't bombarded with ads, either, which is downright wonderful and worth a full star on its own. The UI, however... really sucks. It lags badly, and the keyboard often disappears. Responses are often - more often than not, in fact - truncated, usually in the middle of a sentence. There's a good chance clicking "send" will completely fail. This seriously compromises the app's usefulness.

Someone to talk to someone to give you feedback.It's really scary because it's aI but I feel like it's a real person.. if you talk to someone, it's a good thing.So you don't have a bottled up. Then you can always go back to your journal and look at it and read it. I talk highly about this app in a few of my friends already have downloaded it. instead of talking your ear off to your family and friends , you can just talk text in this..highly recommended
