Ratings and reviews

Not sure. I downloaded this to try before buying the embroidery machine. Only 2 fonts? How do you add more? The included designs are unusual and fewer than most machines. How do you create designs? Is it free to create designs? It seems like a good idea but needs more. Would have loved to try it with the Sparrow X2 but the machine isn't available until September 2021.

Must have app if you are going to use your machine for embroidery. There's a learning curve. Stick with it and it will get better. What frustrates me now is you can't choose what brand of thread you are using. Each mfg has different color codes. I asked Customer service about this problem and was told there are lots of brands and it's impossible to list all of them. Add the top 20+ brands (Brothread is everywhere) plus EverSewn thread could keep people from calling CS.

Horrible app. Crashes non stop. Spent almost 2.5 hours trying to put the letter S one bag. Every single thing I've tried to do for 3 weeks now is hours of exhaustion.
