Cadence keeps your whole family's activities in one calm place — on your device, no account required. Whether you're a parent, a grandparent helping with pickups, or a caregiver keeping track, everyone stays on the same page.

Add each family member's activities once — practice days, times, locations, and session dates — and Cadence turns them into a clear daily plan the whole household can follow.

HOME
See who has what, when, and where, one day at a time. Skip a day when plans change. Registration deadlines surface as reminders before they pass.

CALENDAR
Week, month, and year views. Filter by family member. Overlapping activities assigned to the same adult are flagged, so double-bookings show up before they happen.

DAY DETAILS
Attach a note to any day. Record an alternate pickup or drop-off when the usual plan changes.

DOCUMENTS
Keep permission slips, waivers, and schedules with the activity they belong to.

COSTS
Track what each activity costs, set a yearly budget per family member or for the household, and see how you're pacing against it.

REMINDERS & NOTIFICATIONS
Registration reminders with sign-up links, plus notifications before activities start — including an optional "leave by" heads-up.

SHARE WITH ANOTHER ADULT (OPTIONAL)
Turn on sync to share your household with one other adult — a co-parent, grandparent, or caregiver — through your own Google Drive. Your changes appear on their device and theirs on yours. Cadence runs no servers and can't read your data — sync uses your own Google account, and you can turn it off anytime.

YOUR DATA

Cadence is a subscription — monthly or annual — with a 14-day free trial. An invited family member can join and view the shared household without subscribing.
