Decent app, pretty buggy and can't solely rely on it. Maps don't transfer over very well, usually end up about a block away from location. Between server downtimes and syncing issues. Decent but needs improvement. Would be better if it synced post departure and didn't remove the job from your schedule

After a few updates, the app is getting much more stable. Some of my earlier gripes have been fixed. A few new ones have crept up. 1- Ghosting. After sync, too often the calls that were completed are still showing in the list until you change days or open another call. The only glitch here is that once all the calls are completed, that day slot won't disappear until you sync again or close the app completely and reopen. 2- Still waiting for the confirmation dialog when you hit arrive.

The July 29 2019 update did not work. Getting No Response From Corporate Server error. O course it's an update that wipes all your data in the process. Over all good. I wish you would bring back the dialog box to confirm whether to arrive or not. Update May 1 2020. Thanks for the reply. Tried the new photo feature. Are the photos supposed to be automatically deleted once uploaded? And where are the photos going once uploaded? Customer profile?
