Ratings and reviews

Don't purchase this app! I tried 4 times in the first 2 days I installed it to get a full refund. They lie about giving you a refund. Customer support refuses to comply with my request. They just stall and stall and stall with irrelevant emails. I have to get my credit card company involved to dispute it. Cancelling your subscription doesn't get you your money back.

Very difficult to cancel. I'm on week two of trying to cancel and have been emailing their customer service in Singapore. All I get is the run around. Rather than helping, they keep pushing it back on me. Terrible app. Terrible customer service. I think their English comprehension is really poor as they respond with something that has absolutely nothing to do with what I wrote.

Sadly, games are only available for Spanish... I'm trying to learn French. I think this app has a lot of potential. I wish there was more listening content beyond the books and a prompted journal section for writing practice that aligns with where you're at in the course. They cancelled my subscription and reinstated it when I emailed them but couldn't explain why it was revoked. I'm glad it's working again but I really wish there were vocab games for the other available languages.
