Ridiculous product partnered with ridiculous customer service! List of issues I've encountered so far: - Made a bill payment. App says "will be posted within 3 business days". Biller didn't receive the payment until 2 weeks after - They sent an email asking for identification because my account has a spike on activity all of a sudden. I sent their requirements just to not clarify whether the account is good or not. - Card keeps getting declined online TAT for issues via CS is 15 freakin days

the app itself is good but the customer service is very hard to work with. have an issue with my savings account but cannot be solve since it was escalated with them a year ago. tried to ask assistance personally but re directed with cs thru call. install at your own risk

This is so frustrating. People get locked out of their accounts since they forget the passcode. Then when you reset it, you arent allowed to reuse the last 24 passcodes. Damnit. To prevent this lock out, allow password change waive and/or allow reuse of old passcodes. I am going crazy trying to remember passcodes/pins/passwords from different apps by memory only!
