I have a problem with the authentication process of this app. I used PRC as a valid ID as specified. Now, I have been questioned on the match of a birthday. The PRC ID does not have an indicated "birthday" if you really know it well. So why indicate it as part of your approved valid ID when you are questioning its validity. I complied with a new ID and verification again as instructed. It has since been 2 days. By far, the longest registration I encountered in a digital bank.

The app was good and easy to navigate, easy to register and create an account. The customer service are very helpful as well. Recommending to use this app for online transactions and bills payment.

The OTPs will arrive too late EVERYTIME. And when i enter the said OTP, it's invalid already. I was looking for convenience and all i get is the exact opposite.
