Ratings and reviews

Fund transfers are unreliable. I can't transfer money to my own GCash or bank account most of the time. The app keeps saying transaction unsuccessful / try again later, and the OTP always shows invalid even when entered correctly and on time. Digital banking should be fast and convenient, but this app causes stress instead. Please fix these recurring issues.

UPDATE: As of yesterday, I was able to access the Komo app (Logging in) using new contact, but when I made money transaction, OTP still being sent to my OLD Contact in which I already reported as my first concern. Already submitted report, but no feedback yet.

There were errors in setting up and verifying my account. 1 week in and customer service email is not able to provide me assistance I need. their hotline is also unreachable.
