Very bad! I'm just new with this app. made a transfer of 20k last october 2 2022 and until now the money was not yet credited to the recipient account but it was already debited to my account. Been calling customer service but the answer is all the same it was already credited to the receiving bank but still it was not credited to the recipient. I even went to the receiving bank about what happened gave them the trace number to check if it was actually credited and to my dismay it really was not

1st, had a problem making online purchases for some reason, Komo captured my old mobile number linked to my old EW account. Had to figure it out myself coz the rep didn't seem to know the root of the prob 2nd, I've never got it to work on any ATMs. I reported it to them, then again, they didn't know the root of the issue & they kept on claiming there's no problem with their ATMs I gave up & after few weeks they sent a replacement. It's been almost a month I still have not rcvd it.

Opening an Account is so easy unlike in Maya where I have tried to register everyday (now day 6) and still was unable to do so. App is very functional and intuitive.
