“I am giving this online bank a one-star rating because I ordered a Komo card last January 14, 2026, and until now—February 3, 2026—it has still not been delivered. I have not received a single update regarding my order. Due to the lack of communication and the long delay, I am starting to question the reliability of this app.”

OTP never come on time, always fail transaction or reach limit. This app is so stressful, the card won't work, it's locked, consult customer service but issues wasn't resolved. will uninstall this soon

i can't even transfer the remaining cash on this app. And the balance on the app and on my atm card doesn't match. I tried contacting the eastwest agent, she won't even answer my concern. VERY DISAPPOINTING
