i can't even transfer the remaining cash on this app. And the balance on the app and on my atm card doesn't match. I tried contacting the eastwest agent, she won't even answer my concern. VERY DISAPPOINTING

When trying to open some of the app's pages (T&C, Contact Us, About us, Data Privacy Statement), an add for QR PH pops up without an option to close it. Pressing back once just takes me back to the menu page. This is a huge concern since the app is basically not allowing a customer to read through some legalities.

The app is good , but their customer service is lacking. For example, if you step into one of EW Rurals branches to cash in or deposit, they are not able to assist and tell you that over the counter deposits are not allowed. Aside, deposit interest is low, and they will charge you if you fall below maintaining balance. Overall, PalawanPay, Gotyme, and Mayabank are still better. I am closing my account.
