I was really amazing the fast time to deliver .. it take 15 minutes only after i submit my request!!! i order about 12 different items including fruits and vegetables. also customer service are very respectful & resolve ur issue very fast time. im loyal to them. they really derserve 5 str

I placed an order worth 200 riyals to get free delivery. When it arrived, there were 3 missing items which totaled around 60 riyals. This was deducted from the bill but then they charged me for delivery, so I only recieved about 40 riyals refund. It was not my fault that they did not have the missing items, so why am I being charged for delivery? I only placed the order because of the free delivery in the first place. I tried contacting customer service but it's just an automated robot.
