I am having issues with my payment method! It was working fine till one month ago. I am trying to pay you through STC pay but it keeps rejecting the payment although I have enough money in my account. Can you please help. I have been your customer since years ago. And I never have cash on me.

حاجات كثيرة دايما ناقصة في البرنامج.. راح يخليني ما اشتري نهائيا او اشتري جزء من هنا وجزء اطلبه من برنامج ثاني .. always shortage in some items in the app, that makes me either order from another app, or order from here and the other items from another app, that's will be high cost and time for me.
