Take2# getting worst day by day. getting errors from last 3 week the store is busy try again after 15mins and the 15mins never finish, addionally I am pro user from april 2024 but now always once I added something evern 50+ order, they always try to add 10SR delivery fee, which should be free. Nana app team has not focused now, they moving right and left beauty pharmacy carwash, all are out of sync. I tried getting help with them there are no real people, AI answer and never solve any problem.

Very reliable delivery App for Grocery and other items. I'm using Nana since 16months and the App gets better and better. biggest fan at first... but it looks 2026 the offering has shrunken to very limited local products only. Unfortunately, I had to stop ordering from here 😒... my loss, this App works so well, but I can't find anything anymore what I usually purchased almost weekly.

Untrustworthy - only AI support, so you know that you will get no where. They say 24/7 support, but still waiting. Nana has taken money from my bank account without delivering the service and I can speak to anyone to get it back. I would think twice before using service Apps. deleting and will revert to a more reliable platform.
