I am very disappointed with ExamCrush. I requested to stop my subscription before the deduction was made, but they still deducted money from my account. The subscription was only cancelled after the payment went through, and they refused to refund me. As a student, this was my hard earned money. Their customer service response was not helpful, and the experience was frustrating. I would not recommend their service based on this experience.

The app is very helpful and saves you a lot of stress and it is also user friendly. But recently my practice question stopped working, like after imputing the details and uploading the material, it would show you'll be notified when your practice questions are ready and then nothing, it doesn't even show on the dashboard that there's a new practice question, and the others (AI tutor, study games and flashcards) are working. And I've been sending emails to them to correct whatever it is, no reply

Firstly, this app provides very shallow questions but that is not even the main issue. The problem is that this app has deducted 2,698 from my account even though I didn't authorize automatic payment just simply they have my card details. I have tried to stop the subscription on the app itself and even sent out an email but it hasn't been rectified this is shady and seeing as they said the price was 250 at the beginning and I am no longer interested in the app but I can't stop
