😭😭😭😭 Is it compulsory to pay through a card? What about online banking? Or is it because of the automatic process...? I’m desperate right now 😭 I clicked the “Proceed” button after entering my card details, only for it to ask for a token. And I don’t even have that number. Can’t it be programmed to request the number before asking for the token? I just hope they don’t debit me twice 😭😭 Especially on top of this desperation.

Very disappointed with this app. I never did premium subscription plan, yet I was debited without clear understanding that it would automatically renew. I cancelled after noticing the charge, but support keeps repeating policy responses instead of properly addressing the issue. I reached out to their customers service but they wouldn't address the issue and my mail got ignored. Users should be clearly informed before being enrolled into recurring payments, this is an act of fraudulent.

I CAN NEVER RECOMMEND THIS I was charged ₦2000 every month without clear control over the subscription. I tried several times to cancel the auto-renewal inside the app, but the system kept acting inconsistent and didn’t properly stop the deductions. Even after it appeared like the subscription was cancelled, the monthly debit still continued on the same date. I only realized how serious it was involving my bank. Once your card is linked, stopping the charges becomes unnecessarily difficult.
