NO-CONTACT DELIVERY
Your deliveries can be fulfilled whether you are home or not. During checkout, select the location where you plan to leave the tank you’re exchanging, or where you would like us to leave the spare. Bonus: you can leave delivery instructions for the delivery technician to make the delivery as efficiently as possible. Since we are unable to provide exact delivery time windows, it is important that you leave the tank in a secure location our delivery technicians can access, such as your driveway, in front of your garage, or on your front porch.

TANK ACCEPTIONS
We accept all tank brands; however, it must be a standard grill-sized tank. If you don’t have a used tank to exchange, you’ll need to order a spare tank from us.

Couldn't sign up. Try to sign up tonight. I 100% absolutely filled in everything correctly. All the fields were green. It would not let me hit submit. I mean you have to work hard to acquire customers advertise, reel them in and then get them to sign up and then the app doesn't work. Unbelievable!. Also, you cannot see any pricing until you enter your full details. Name email address. Address phone number

App is decent but stopped ordering as they stopped offering small discounts every once in a while. Now I just fill them up when I get gas for my soda stream. Such a weak response. Lying too. I was very active with them and even had their marketing mails. Then, they stopped. They also took 9 months to respond to this review. Sad

I don't know why this app doesn't allow me to leverage my fingerprint, face ID or utilizing a saved password. This creates an inconvenience and motivates me to find somebody else to replace my propane. The app needs work.
