easy to use app. Great way for saving a little money. but the location I signed up for the membership was rude. the man who was the cashier was vary rude and seemed irritated when I was asking simple questions. I didn't ask anything that would have been hard to figure out for someone who works there. But I think he just didn't like his job or maybe had a bad day. Either way he was rude or I would rate this place better. Oh well people just don't have any customer skills anymore!

Won't let me log into my account. I've tried several times & finally changed my password since that's the only option. & still having problems. I've deleted the app & did a reinstall & same issue... From reading these comments looks like I'm not the only one having problems logging into their acct. I wld give 0 🌟 considering I cnt access it. Ridiculous!! 👎🏻 Going thru all this trouble for nothing!!

attempted to contact via in-app customer service and was ignored. I've sent a 2nd message and am now leaving this comment. My primary number is not accepted by your system and it keeps telling me to put in a valid number. the number I've used since college is quite valid I promise you. I can't help that you built a system that disenfranchises those that care about keeping their main number. please respond to my email.
