Won't let me log into my account. I've tried several times & finally changed my password since that's the only option. & still having problems. I've deleted the app & did a reinstall & same issue... From reading these comments looks like I'm not the only one having problems logging into their acct. I wld give 0 🌟 considering I cnt access it. Ridiculous!! 👎🏻 Going thru all this trouble for nothing!!

problems galore. I buy f'real ice cream frequently on average 1 or 2 a week} which is supposed to be 1 free one every so often. I haven't had a free one in 6 months or so. not a huge deal really, just slightly aggravating. I got logged out of the five star app and can't log back in. can't reset password either. it says can't generate code for password reset. no updates available.

I literally go to five-star 3 times a day if not more! Fanperks has saved me so much money! Hopefully they will continue to lol!🤑💰❤️💛
