【How to Play LightUp】
LightUp is a puzzle where the board represents a floor, and you place lamps to light up the entire board.

Goal:
Place lamps on white cells so that all rules are satisfied.

Lamp rules:
A lamp illuminates all cells in its row and column until it hits a black cell or the edge.
Lamps cannot illuminate each other.

Placement rules:
・Numbered cells must have exactly that many lamps in the adjacent horizontal and vertical white cells
・Lamps cannot illuminate each other
・All white cells must be lit
