Exerp Staff App, a product of Xplor Technologies, is built for group exercise instructors and personal trainers. It helps fitness professionals manage schedules, classes, appointments, and member interactions from their mobile device, making it easier to stay organized on the go and focus more on their members.

With Exerp Staff App, you can:

Manage your schedule
View upcoming classes, appointments, and personal training sessions.

Manage bookings and attendance
Add or remove participants and quickly register attendance, including via QR scan.

Find class substitutes
Mark classes as looking for a substitute or take over available classes from colleagues.

View member information
Search for members and access relevant information such as contact details, subscriptions, PT clips, and recent activity.

Manage your availability
Set your availability for appointments, including recurring schedules.

Stay connected with Exerp
The app integrates directly with the Exerp platform, keeping schedules, bookings, and member information up to date.

Ratings and reviews

The new update has all the options underneath the clock, battery, service bar, etc.. preventing me from being able to click on any options at the top of the screen. So the app is almost useless. I can't edit or cancel appointments or add participants to existing appointments because of it. (Pixel phone running on Android 16)

Update is Terrible! The app updated about a month ago, but it still sucks. I don't mind it in general, but there's one EPIC flaw: they took away the color coding of the events! Like who's idea was that?? Now the entire app is white & black with orange events. That's it, whether it's a client, a class, an event, a meeting, etc... it's all the same color. This makes things very difficult to tell apart; you can't scroll quickly to find a specific event. Makes life on the mobile version PAINFUL

Since re starting at the end of June, gives "unknown" error message, even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, It turns out that the problem was in the settings, specifically the domain name was inaccurate. Thinking that it was an obsolete domain, I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app to get updated info, but the domain name was still wrong. Close, but not exact! In fact even when I was directed to check it, It "looked" correct! Anyways, Problem identified and corrected with excellent response and follow-up from the administrators of this app!

What’s new

Option to Add Bookings to Calendar
This feature lets you sync your reservations directly to your calendar.
It is turned off by default and can be turned on inside Settings.
Please note that if a booking is cancelled through a source other than this mobile app, the corresponding calendar event will need to be deleted manually.
