The new update has all the options underneath the clock, battery, service bar, etc.. preventing me from being able to click on any options at the top of the screen. So the app is almost useless. I can't edit or cancel appointments or add participants to existing appointments because of it. (Pixel phone running on Android 16)

Update is Terrible! The app updated about a month ago, but it still sucks. I don't mind it in general, but there's one EPIC flaw: they took away the color coding of the events! Like who's idea was that?? Now the entire app is white & black with orange events. That's it, whether it's a client, a class, an event, a meeting, etc... it's all the same color. This makes things very difficult to tell apart; you can't scroll quickly to find a specific event. Makes life on the mobile version PAINFUL

Since re starting at the end of June, gives "unknown" error message, even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, It turns out that the problem was in the settings, specifically the domain name was inaccurate. Thinking that it was an obsolete domain, I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app to get updated info, but the domain name was still wrong. Close, but not exact! In fact even when I was directed to check it, It "looked" correct! Anyways, Problem identified and corrected with excellent response and follow-up from the administrators of this app!

We are always working on improving our error messages to be as precise and helpful as possible, and seeing 'Unknown error' is obviously not very helpful. To be able to identify the specific issue that you are facing, we would need a little more information. Can you please share with us where you are seeing this 'Unknown error'?
