Sucks, glitching all the time. Logs you out in the 5 seconds it takes to do the verification. Can't set up appointments. So far only thing I've been able to do in the 4 months that I've had it is look at labs results (comes in after a few weeks of them being completed), and see when my appointments are set for ( after they are set up by the service over the phone). 2 months later, no improvement, still the worse.

I have not been able to use the app since I downloaded it. my phone number changed and I can't log on to the app because the secondary authentication wants to send a code to my old number. I have called the support number and I have emailed, it's going on 3 weeks and the issue has still not been resolved. all I hear from everyone i talk to is they will let tech support know. I have some doctor appointments and labs I need to take care of but I CAN'T LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT.

it makes me log in, send a text message and do the whole thing every time I want to log in. when Im logged in, I try to get my lab results and it stops working there. It either kicks me out and makes me log in again or stays blank. I tried chatting with support and it kept sending me the same message but I never got to anyone.
