Sucks, glitching all the time. Logs you out in the 5 seconds it takes to do the verification. Can't set up appointments. So far only thing I've been able to do in the 4 months that I've had it is look at labs results (comes in after a few weeks of them being completed), and see when my appointments are set for ( after they are set up by the service over the phone). 2 months later, no improvement, still the worse.

The download option for lab results does not work. Also, there are unreadable files in the results and when you click on them,they crash the app.

This app is poor due to the inability to update account information. Also, no agents are are available to assist if you call "after hours", making it very difficult to get the assistance needed.
