Unfortunately, the latest app update is corrupt and inefficient, incorrectly closing orders on its own. This has resulted in financial losses for me and my account on the platform. After contacting customer service and waiting for a thorough technical review of my orders for over 10 days, they refused to compensate me, claiming a clause in the terms and conditions exempts them from paying any compensation. This means the platform has become just like the scam platforms that have become so widesp

very terrible!!!! I was so disappointed using your app the very first week....Imagine not being able to login in order to carry out a critical transaction to save my positions. I regret this Broker. It seems the system is intentionally designed to make the trader lose. I also observed that the proportion when losing is more than when gaining with the same lot size...This is great Manipulation!

The app is okay but now I am unable to log into my live account everytime there is an error or it says "wrong password/email" but it is all saved to my Google account and when I try to reset it..it takes me back to the Registration screen...this is causing me to find a new suitable broker...so I give it three stars ...let me know what is the problem or if there's a bug
