App seems good and easy to trade. Demo account very helpful. But biggest drawback is withdrawals! I never got my withdrawals. I've tried multiple times, it kept getting rejected. once when it showed 'processed' and it's been more than a month and I still haven't received it. turns out when u try for withdrawals first they deduct that amount from your card for some weird reason then they refund the deducted amount and the main amount never comes!

I want excess to offer the trader the opportunity to self regulate. I mean, introduce a trader lockout feature where a trader sets up a Daily loss limit with you guys an amount beyond which you lock the user out of the account as per his/her own request for a given period... routinely between 3 to 4 hrs. But besides that, the app is great

difficult to interact with components. for instance at first when and order closes, I could click on the closed order on my phone to view the chart but now I have to go back to my home page and either search for it if it not part of my favorite pair. the web version experience is OK but the mobile version is were I face this issue 😑. and once I view and order I placed I can't view another order until I close the app😓
