About this app

AccMove Admin is the mobile console for AccMove administrators. Check and handle day-to-day work in the WHMCS back office from anywhere.

Sign in with your WHMCS admin account. The app connects to your server over HTTPS (cp.accmove.com by default, and the server URL can be changed). What you can do follows your WHMCS admin role.

Overview
• Customer count, active services, unpaid invoices and outstanding balance
• Services due within 7 days and overdue invoices
• Recent entries from the WHMCS activity log

Customers and services
• Search customers by name, company, email, phone or client ID
• View customers as a list or as cards, with their products, service count and outstanding balance
• Filter customers by WHMCS product (multi-select) and by service status, separate from customer status
• See each customer's services, invoices and tickets
• Add customers and edit contact details (if your WHMCS role allows it)
• Service details: package, billing cycle, due date and server

Invoices and payments
• Invoice list with unpaid, overdue and paid status
• Line items, tax, credit and payment history
• Record a payment in WHMCS, with a confirmation step every time (the app never charges customers)

Servers, products and tickets
• Servers grouped by brand, with their linked services
• WHMCS products arranged by product group, with starting price and service count
• Read customer support tickets

Easy to use
• View all brands or one at a time, e.g. Express Cloud, QuickBooks Cloud, Drivo, NightPOS
• Thai and English, light and dark themes
• A left menu reaches every screen and stays open on tablets and foldables
• Each tab remembers its open page and search filters

Security
• Your password is never stored; only a revocable session token is kept in the device keystore
• Sessions expire automatically and end immediately when your WHMCS password changes
• Repeated failed sign-ins are blocked, and permissions are checked against your WHMCS role on every action

Demo mode
Try every screen with fictitious data, with no account and no connection to a real system (demo verification code: 123456).

This app is for AccMove administrators and staff only. Customers cannot sign in.
