About this app

TermiNow is an SSH client and a full Linux terminal in one app.

Save your servers once and connect with a tap. Keep several sessions open in tabs, switch between them, and pick up where you left off.

HOSTS AND VAULTS
• Save hosts with address, port, username, password and SSH key
• Organise hosts into groups and search across all of them
• Import hosts from your ~/.ssh/config
• A Personal vault, and Team vaults you share with other people
• Vault data is end-to-end encrypted with your vault password before it is synced, and you can see when each vault last synced

LINUX ENVIRONMENTS
• Install Ubuntu, Debian or Alpine from official, checksum-verified images
• Open a terminal in any environment as root or as your own user
• Browse the files of an environment

LAUNCHER AND CLAUDE CODE
• A toolbar under the tabs to pick the environment and folder
• Launch profiles: save how a terminal starts and set a default
• Start Claude Code in your Linux environment: new conversation, continue the latest or resume one. Claude Code signs in with your own Anthropic account
• tmux sessions keep running when you close a tab, and you can list, open, rename and end them

FILE MANAGER
• TermiNow Home, folders you choose on your device, and your SFTP hosts in one place
• Storage use, file categories, list and grid views, thumbnails, search, bookmarks and recent files
• Copy and move in a transfer queue, with Skip, Replace or Keep both

TERMINAL
• bash, a package manager, git, ssh and tmux
• A key panel with arrows, Ctrl, Esc, Tab, Home, End, Page Up, Page Down and tmux keys, which you can customise
• Snippets for the commands you run often
• 36 colour themes, six bundled programming fonts and adjustable font size

• Keychain: generate, paste or import SSH keys and copy a public key
• Local, remote and dynamic (SOCKS) port forwarding
• MCP Servers: test remote MCP servers and add them to Claude Code

Saved passwords are encrypted with a key held in your device's secure keystore.

TermiNow Premium adds the File Manager, vault sync, the Linux file browser, more than one Linux environment and tmux session management. The terminal, SSH, Ubuntu and Claude Code are free.

TermiNow is built on the open-source Termux terminal emulator, licensed under the GPLv3.
