Transaction was too complicated for the restaurant to handle and the advertised sign up bonus was incorrect.

This app is super burdensome and worse than regular checking out. It adds unnecessary time to the checkout process since you need to bring up your receipt then give your name and then the cashier must reenter your receipt into their system that syncs with the app. It would have been faster to just pay by card.

Hi Neil, one of the goals of our app is to make the payment process easier not harder! Give your server your name at the beginning of the meal, and at the end, tap, pay, and go! We hope you give us another chance, and should you require further assistance reach out to support@citycheers.com!

App's so bad, the restaurant has ads for its use on the tables, but they don't really accept it because it's too complicated for their wait staff to use. I've tried to use it five times, they got it to work once. Every time I go back to the restaurant, I don't even bother with the CityCheers app anymore; it's so not worth the effort. Uninstalling now.
