Ratings and reviews

How is this a paid vpn? It literally works worse in every way than the free ones out there. On pc you have to spend 10+ minutes trying to connect, the mobile version is just as bad now. Limited location choice and most of them you can't even connect to anyway. I have like 4 locations it connects me to even as a premium member. The connection gets interrupted all the time when you try to upload something. If you live in a place with high Internet censorship, this app is not a good choice for you.

mobile app has so many issues actually connecting and staying connected. worse still, it disconnects and blocks all your emails and messages from getting through, but doesn't notify you that it has dropped. update: developer responded quickly, but the app is working again so I can't find the point of failure. I will say that Express VPN is a great service and the developer always responds quickly. I still don't like the android app because it frequently makes me miss messages.

Update: Starting acting up again today, very frustrating. Horrible connectivity lately. I am running the latest version and the app keeps disconnecting which is affecting my phone apps as I get no notifications. This disconnection is happening every 3 to 5 minutes and its getting borderline ridiculous and I am now considering a different service. I tried reaching out to customer support via the app and that went nowhere. I used to love this app but not so much die to recent issues.
