Edit: I deleted my previous comment after my issue was fixed. And to be honest it's one of the fastest eSIM service.

Complete scam, they show the eSIM as installed in the app but is not. Will not give you a receipt or QR code. Tech support ended the conversation when I said I will report them to my CC for a scam dispute

Quite cheap deals from what I can see. $9.50 (£7.30) for 5gb of data in Japan for 15 days. The setup was simple and I ordered about 2 weeks before getting there, and it only activated once it connected in Japan. I was never without a signal. But, "LTE" was the only option I got in Japan and as a result sometimes in Tokyo the speed was so slow it was unusable aside for WhatsApp messaging. Maps wouldn't load and I couldn't use Google. It didn't happen too often but enough to be annoying.
