I wish it could do more on here, it works for what it needs to. EDIT to response: Of course! I want to explain more. 4 out of 5 is just not perfect; referring to the app itself, not the facilities. Every unit me, my family, n friends have used was always clean and accessible. Cust. service is always great as a whole and local mgmt. is understanding of all reasonable accms. The app it's great for the gate, I wish it were more interactive with units, lighting, and doors. Also contact if I'm late

this place is one of the best storage places around. the facility is so clean it looks as though it's cleaned by a cleaning service. everything that is put out for use is in tip top order and even the lifts that the customers are able to use to help with heavy loads work perfectly. there's lots of lighting to be able to see things, absolutely zero rodents or bugs, which is rare from what I've seen from other storage places. the staff is extremely nice and the prices are great too.

The app usually works fine, but for the past couple months when I try to pay my bill it just says "Unable to load". Usually if I've a problem with an app I just hold the app icon a couple seconds until 'app info' pops up, press 'Force stop', 'Storage & Cache', 'Clear Cache' and/or Clear storage', to totally reset the app to default settings. But that rarely works and I just wait until it acts right on its own. Odd, since if your payment is late you get penalized for non-payment.
