The app is GREAT! However, every 3-6 months they raise the rates SIGNIFICANTLY! Although I've called every time and they do agree to something lower, its a scam to get more money out of customers who are stuck paying much higher rates because all their stuff is there! When I opened my account 1 yr ago, my cost was $92/month. This was NOT an introductory rate (although they tried to say it was, I had screen shots showing it wasnt). Within 1 year they were trying to charge $240. NOT OK.

Just signed up for your storage unit today. While the service was awesome, your app does not work for me. I've uninstalled and installed multiple times and get the same results. I log in, and the screen only shows a few options, none of which are functional. I was told my gate access code would be found in my app, but the app is not working. I can't even log out of the app to try logging back in.

Been working with a local manager, and their helpdesk...30 minutes, still not able to digital access. So, around 1 hour and 30 minutes later, the help desk hadn't resolved the issue. The manager transferred me to a different unit, which wasn't Bluetooth controlled, so at least I was finally able to unload my vehicle. The manager was very apologetic, and did his best to help. Unfortunately, the problem was on the tech side. I am still able to use the digital access for the other Extra Space stor
