app will not work and hasn't worked in months now meaning you have to call to make a payment every month, And horrible rate increases. same problem as everybody else. can't log in, have to call to pay the bill every month. When I first signed up it was $85. it's up to 150 now and probably still going to keep going up. And on top of that, they will send you a letter threatening to auction off your unit after only 14 days late on the payment. go somewhere else

I have to continuously reinstall this app. It'll work sometimes after I reinstall and then a couple weeks go by and I have the same issues as always. I log in, get stuck on a loading screen for a while and then I'll get a message that says something about needing to be connected to internet even though I am connected to wifi and have a clear cell signal. The app installs in the blink of an eye but will not open or work for me.

After weeks of the online (browser) portal just displaying blank pages and being told in person about the app migration, I installed it. I have an older device (Pixel 2XL) so that may be an issue but so far it's been a terrible experience. I get the obvious browser prompt to login, do so, enable biometric unlock, then get an error message with an exclamation mark, try again, and sign out options. I reinstalled it two more times and got the same issues so the app is unusable as is the website.
