I wish it could do more on here, it works for what it needs to. EDIT to response: Of course! I want to explain more. 4 out of 5 is just not perfect; referring to the app itself, not the facilities. Every unit me, my family, n friends have used was always clean and accessible. Cust. service is always great as a whole and local mgmt. is understanding of all reasonable accms. The app it's great for the gate, I wish it were more interactive with units, lighting, and doors. Also contact if I'm late

The app usually works fine, but for the past couple months when I try to pay my bill it just says "Unable to load". Usually if I've a problem with an app I just hold the app icon a couple seconds until 'app info' pops up, press 'Force stop', 'Storage & Cache', 'Clear Cache' and/or Clear storage', to totally reset the app to default settings. But that rarely works and I just wait until it acts right on its own. Odd, since if your payment is late you get penalized for non-payment.

Been working with a local manager, and their helpdesk...30 minutes, still not able to digital access. So, around 1 hour and 30 minutes later, the help desk hadn't resolved the issue. The manager transferred me to a different unit, which wasn't Bluetooth controlled, so at least I was finally able to unload my vehicle. The manager was very apologetic, and did his best to help. Unfortunately, the problem was on the tech side. I am still able to use the digital access for the other Extra Space stor
