About this game

Extremely Safe Vault stores your two-factor authentication backup codes and recovery codes in a PIN-protected vault on your device. No cloud, no account, no server. Your codes stay on your phone and are protected by a PIN you set yourself.

WHY YOU NEED THIS
When you enable 2FA on an account, the service gives you a set of backup codes — to use if you lose your phone or authenticator app. Most people screenshot these and forget them. Screenshots aren't secure and they're easy to lose. Extremely Safe Vault gives you a dedicated, organised, encrypted-at-rest vault for these codes so they're always findable, always private, and always on your device.

PIN PROTECTION
Set a PIN on first launch. Every time you open the app, you'll be asked to enter it. Wrong PIN attempts are tracked and the vault stays locked until the correct PIN is entered. The PIN is stored locally using secure preferences — it never leaves your device.

ORGANISED BY SERVICE
Add each service as a separate vault item: the service name (GitHub, Google, Dropbox), the account it belongs to, and all the backup codes at once. Organise items by category — Work, Personal, Finance, Gaming, or any label you prefer. Add notes to any item for context.

MARK CODES AS USED
When you use a backup code to recover an account, mark it as used directly in the vault. Used codes are struck through and counted separately so you always know how many codes you have left. When codes run low, you know it's time to generate fresh ones.

QUICK COPY
Tap any unused code to copy it to the clipboard instantly. One tap, code copied — no hunting through screenshots or password managers with full-text search.

BACKUP AND RESTORE
Export a full backup of your vault to a local JSON file for safekeeping. Restore from any backup at any time. The backup is plain JSON — readable, portable, and entirely under your control. No proprietary format, no lock-in.

SEARCH AND FILTER
Search your vault by service name or account. Filter by category to find the right item fast. Whether you have five entries or fifty, you can get to any code in seconds.

FULLY OFFLINE
Extremely Safe Vault works without any network connection. No analytics, no crash reporting phoning home, no sync, no cloud backup. Everything is stored locally in a Room database on your device.
