If there were zero stars, that'd be its right rating. This app is some sort of malware that shouldn't be on PlayStore. I downloaded and activated it, only for the app to literally restrict me from accessing all apps locked with it. Crazy part was that I used it to lock my Settings as well. So uninstalling it was not possible as it automatically prevented me from being able to do anything with it. Had to restart my phone, and use that timeframe when the phone was loading my apps, to uninstall it.

Randomly crashes. "AppLock has stopped working." Not successfully locked anything on its own in days. Must manually start Applock, twice. Once to let it crash. A second time to get it to launch without crashing. Sometimes when i check apps are no longer locked--app crashed without notification. Is good app when it's working. Not mission critical reliable tho :/ Phone is not rooted. & is only around 90 days new. Ads beyond excessive in nearly every menu :(

Moderately intrusive - but all 'free' programs or script apps are 99% somewhat intrusive per the business model of ' free script apps' that took the Facebook business model of information currency VS pecuniary currency. All in all, it seems to be a decent free script. If you want to see what actual permissions an Android script (or 'app') has, that cannot (on a non-rooted) be turned off, go to settings, applications, then pull them up individually and your phone usually has a 'settings/options' button (the three vertical dots in the far upper right of the screen) and select 'all permissions'/'show permissions ' or anything similar, almost every script app will have a score of identity compromising access that if you install and leave enabled the script code, the script will commonly be logging device machine address code (MAC) Android/Google ID, phone/text/MMS/browser history/still pictures/videos/each app usage and times they were used, possibly what was typed/all contacts/ability to reroute outgoing calls (for macrodata or recording), ability to make outgoing calls without your knowledge, ability to receive and transmit data (all you do on your phone, in too many cases), and many more. Nothing (or very little) is free, especially on the Droid or Apple app store.
