it would be awesome if I could put in requests for medication refills without it telling me I've reached the "refill request limit" for the day. even when it's the only time I've tried to submit it

Very buggy, loads extremely slow (or not at all). Edit: Somehow got WORSE bugs wise and sometimes doesn't load at all now. 🙄

When I first used the app a couple months ago I was able to do a couple telehealth appointments with my doctors. Past few weeks it totally stopped working. Listing upcoming appointments shows a blank screen. Messages a blank screen. Pressing help another blank screen. Now totally useless. Please fix this because some patients are on a limited income. They don't have a home computer and can't afford the latest iPhone. Using a Galaxy S9 Android 10, Galaxy Tab A Android 11.
