Sure it looks better than the old portal, but patients can no longer request prescription refills (some of my medications require a new prescription to be sent each time), message their provider, or even view their medical history (only appointment history). Honestly it feels next to useless for anything except hosting telehealth appointments. I would hope that the functionality of the old portal can be restored in this new version, because some people (like me) relied on it.

There is no message option in the app so I cannot directly request a provider referral or cancel an appointment through it. Their phone system is a bit confusing. 7/17/24 I see there's no response, and when the website says you can now make appointments online, I see no updates or any place to go to make a follow-up appointment request.
