About this app

EZBeat is the official companion app for the EZBeat AI Assistant platform. The EZBeat assistant runs on WhatsApp and helps you reach your fitness goals through fun 30-day challenges. This app has one job: securely connecting your fitness data to your EZBeat account.

WHAT THIS APP DOES
• Sign in to your existing EZBeat account
• Connect your preferred data source — Health Connect on your phone, or a supported wearable brand — in a couple of taps
• Automatically sync your fitness data to your EZBeat account in the background, so your challenge progress on WhatsApp stays up to date without opening this app every day
• Manage your connections: see what's connected, connect another source, or disconnect at any time
• Manage your account, including permanent account and data deletion

THE DATA WE SYNC, AND WHY
With your permission, the app reads only these four data types from Health Connect:

• Steps — measures your daily activity and earns you points in your EZBeat fitness challenges
• Sleep — tracks sleep duration and consistency, which count toward your challenge goals
• Resting heart rate — indicates your fitness level so challenges match where you are, and shows your fitness trend over time
• Heart rate variability (HRV) — used with resting heart rate to gauge recovery, so your challenge targets suit how ready your body is

We do not request or read any other health data. You choose what to share in the Health Connect permission screen, and you can revoke access or disconnect at any time from within the app.

WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO
This app does not display analysis of your health data, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. EZBeat is a wellness and fitness platform, not a medical device. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — never make health decisions based on fitness data alone.

PRIVACY
Your data is synced securely to your EZBeat account and used only for the fitness features described above. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's settings, or via our data deletion page.
