About this app

EZ Home Inspection Software allows you to use your phone or tablet mobile device to perform inspections and create home inspection reports on-site. You can collect information, call out discrepancies, take pictures, and send the final report to the client all from the home inspection site. The mobile app works in conjunction with our web app and a user account in the web app is required.

I have had a couple hiccups with this program, but nothing that led to anything more than an inconvenience. And definitely nothing that made me wish I had spent 3 times as much for the other inspection software products out there. The app is customizable, user-friendly, and produces professional reports. Can't be beat considering its price point!

Great software! Only complaint was the quality and resolution of the photos I uploaded took a big hit. I emailed customer support and they notified me a update was coming for high res photos and a week later here it is! starting off as a new company and inspector this software is a great price point and can customize everything! highly recommend

The app keeps constantly crashing since December 2025. there has been no update. I keep being told different things but as of January 27th there has been no fix. customer support emails back after 12am eastern time and there is no phone number to chat with support. use with caution. use to be reliable and I used to be able to call for support.

Thanks for your feedback. This is a known issue that can occur when minimizing and reopening the app. It is related to a Microsoft function outside of our control. MS is aware of the issue, and a fix is planned for release next month. In the meantime, fully closing the app before reopening it (instead of minimizing it) should prevent the crash.
