About this app

Bidders Driver is a mobile app for drivers who receive work through Bidders dispatch.

Create an account and sign in to view load offers. Each offer can show the route, mileage, listed amount, and time left to respond. Accept an offer to take the load.

For an assigned trip, use the trip screen to work through pickup and delivery stops and update your status as you arrive, load, depart, and unload. Capture proof of delivery and other trip documents from the trip workflow. Use the trip message thread to communicate with dispatch.

Background location sharing is controlled by the Tracking toggle on Home. When Tracking is on, background location sharing runs while you are on an assigned trip and while you are available for work. It can run in the background, including when the app is closed. Your location is shared with your own carrier or dispatch company for dispatch visibility and customer ETAs. Turn Tracking off from Home at any time to stop location sharing.

Tracking reliability and diagnostics.

- Restores position upload after a DNS outage took the old server address offline.
- Much denser route recording: more frequent location points while driving, including on turns.
- New Profile > Tracking diagnostics screen, with a copy button, so tracking problems can be reported without guesswork.
- The app now reports its own tracking health automatically, so support can see issues without asking you to check settings.
