Ratings and reviews

I tried and never wrote any bad review. However, I have had enough today. There is a transaction error problem every next week. You cannot pay through Qr. You cannot pay entering the merchants account number either. You already ate the food in a restaurant, you already reached your destination on Pathao but now you cannot pay them because nbank has transaction issues every next week. There are so many issues with your service not just the app.

Nabil bank has worst servise delivry system i have ever seen, i had some argent needs so i went 3km to wothdrow cash with qr withdrow but they said to connect free wifi, why??? even i couldnot connect they didnot provided me another wifi, and not even that i had buy data pack for that moment, literly i was able to send money in anoyher bank even in low price than the data pack, and the qr was not working, i tried alot but could not able to withdrow and, mobile banking is also not good

nbank customer service is very delayed and i try to activate my account through app i have my registrated sim also but message are not delivered and not received any otp as well also they are not optional to login by email and web as well this is not good . they should be make options to login through email also or other options not only mobile number
