Ratings and reviews

Very low compensation for experience level. I'm talking $10-$20/hr less than you would make as an employed journeyman at these same companies. This may be good for new workers looking for experience, but anyone with 1+ year of experience can do better. Doesn't compensate guys who have their own power tools, truck, etc. Also the app is almost unusable. Every action leads to a perpetual loading screen. The app app has to be force closed and reloaded for everything.

Certain functionality on the app is broken. You'll be texted to ask you to review a builder but you can't open the review section. The app will often fail to load with internet connection, if your profile is suspended you get no notifications. The app emails you instead of just sending you a notification to your phone for messages cluttering up your inbox. Support staff isn't very responsive or useful.

I really appreciate that I can just go on an App instead of heading to a temp Agency super early in the mornings where I would sometimes end up waiting there for hours hoping a job will become available for that day, and if your lucky to get a job longer than a day or two, then having to repeat the next day of hoping to get work. When with Faber App, I can simply check real quick (even on busy days I can check it and apply real quick) which is so much faster and more simple than other places :)
