Worst experience ever with FabHotels. I booked a room through the app and completed the payment, but the booking was never confirmed and the transaction does not even appear in the app. My money was deducted and there is absolutely no accountability from their side. It has been more than 15 days, and despite trying to contact customer support 20+ times, no one has provided a proper response or solution. Calls are either ignored or disconnected, and there has been no refund and no follow-up yet

Very poor services and very low-quality hotels are included. Even if you talk to their employees, do not trust them. The amount they charge is very high, but the hotel standard is not even equal to a 1-star hotel. The price is similar to hotels like Holiday Inn or Ginger, but the quality is far worse. Never choose FabHotels services, even by mistake. More than worst experience.

I had booked a hotel through FabHotels, but when I reached the location there was no hotel available. At 2 AM, the staff informed me that they are no longer associated with FabHotels and that my booking had been cancelled. This has been a terrible and frustrating experience, especially at such a late hour,
