Very disappointing experience with FabHotels. I booked a room through the app for one morning stay, but the hotel demanded payment for two days due to early check-in, which wasn't clearly mentioned during booking. They assured me they would waive the extra charge and asked me to pay in advance, but later refused. My refund was also delayed despite 20+ attempts to reach customer support. They answered calls only for new bookings, not for existing customers. plz dont book*

worst experience through this app,I had successfully booked a room and completed the full payment in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that there was no room available for us despite having a confirmed booking.As this happened at night, it caused significant inconvenience and hardship. We were left without accommodation and had to struggle to find an alternative place to stay. This situation caused unnecessary stress and discomfort, contact somany times didnt get also

Very worst experience ever with FabHotels. First time, I booked a room through the app and completed the payment, but the booking was never confirmed and the transaction does not even appear in the app. My money was deducted and there is absolutely no accountability from their side. It has been more than 15 days, and despite trying to contact customer support 20+ times, no one has provided a proper response or solution. Calls are either ignored or disconnected, and there has been no refund yet.
