Worst experience I booked a hotel through Fab hotel and when I reach hotel the receptionist told me they are not associated with fabhotels anymore, and they told me they are still takings booking for the same hotel. and five hotel customer service representative are the worst people the only pick up the call when I have to make a booking when I said I have issue the immediately put my call on hold and everytime and not even refunded the amount yet. worst app wash service. never use this app.

Very disappointing experience with FabHotels. I booked a room through the app for one morning stay, but the hotel demanded payment for two days due to early check-in, which wasn't clearly mentioned during booking. They assured me they would waive the extra charge and asked me to pay in advance, but later refused. My refund was also delayed despite 20+ attempts to reach customer support. They answered calls only for new bookings, not for existing customers. plz dont book*

Frankly, i would give a ZERO rating but there isn't the option. After booking the hotel i paid 30% of the total amount and when i recahed the hotel, the reception informed that they haven't received the payment fro. FabHotels from past 2 months. So i had to make full payment. Knowing all this the agent took me through to payment.. And now when i call the customer support, no response.. Just silence on call.. PLEASE DON'T BOOK
