Very worst experience ever with FabHotels. First time, I booked a room through the app and completed the payment, but the booking was never confirmed and the transaction does not even appear in the app. My money was deducted and there is absolutely no accountability from their side. It has been more than 15 days, and despite trying to contact customer support 20+ times, no one has provided a proper response or solution. Calls are either ignored or disconnected, and there has been no refund yet.

worst experience through this app,I had successfully booked a room and completed the full payment in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that there was no room available for us despite having a confirmed booking.As this happened at night, it caused significant inconvenience and hardship. We were left without accommodation and had to struggle to find an alternative place to stay. This situation caused unnecessary stress and discomfort, contact somany times didnt get also

Everything is great but they should definitely include more bright photos of the bathrooms. As a frequent traveler that is the most important thing to check for me. The property I got in Bangalore was excellent though, very modern amenities. Wifi was blazing fast, downloaded a whole movie in minutes. Good for remote working professionals who want a quick change of scenery without spending too much cash.
