About this app
Report book in 45 seconds. Just speak into it.
You know the feeling: Sunday evening, blank document, zero motivation. Writing your report book is due, but you just don't feel like it. Report Book AI does it for you. Speak into the microphone for 45 seconds, and you're done.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Press the microphone and tell us what you did this week. Just like a WhatsApp voice message.
2. The AI knows your profession and your training plan. It generates a Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK)-compliant weekly report.
3. Review, confirm, export as a PDF. Have your trainer sign it. Done.
350+ PROFESSIONS
From automotive mechatronics technician to office management assistant: Report Book AI knows over 350 apprenticeship professions with the official training framework. The AI uses the correct technical terms for your profession.
3 IHK-COMPLIANT PDF TEMPLATES
Weekly report, daily report with a Monday-Friday table, or weekly report with framework plan assignment. Print or handwritten look. Company name optional in the header.
EXPRESS: CATCH UP WEEKS
Months or years behind? Express mode generates all the missing weeks for you. Select the time period, specify the departments, and the AI does the rest. In one afternoon instead of weeks.
IMPORT OLD REPORTS
Handwritten report book? Take a photo or upload a PDF. The AI reads your old book and digitizes it.
STREAKS AND REMEMBERS
Never forget again. Configurable reminders. The weekly streak motivates you to stay on track. The exam countdown shows you how many days are left until the exam.
QUICK ACTIONS
Sick, on vacation, or a public holiday? One tap, week done.
GDPR COMPLIANT
Servers in the EU. Your voice recordings are deleted immediately after processing. Only the finished text is saved.
TRY IT FOR FREE
6 reports for free, no subscription required. After that, choose between a monthly or annual subscription, each with a free trial week, or Express as a one-time purchase for your entire training. You can see the current prices directly in the app.
The subscription renews automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the term. Manage your subscription in the Google Play Store.
