Ratings and reviews

(1) Return request pick up very difficult. (2) Erratic updates(both at customer,& customer support),& no calls by the logistic partner agent. (3) Unnecessary calls from Fabindia to Reschedule the pick up , yet to no avail. (4)Plz provide us contact details (number & pin) of the delivery/return pick up agent fr a seamless milestone achieve.(5) 'Exchange' option may kindly be included. (6) Overall good user interface but not so upto mark with respect to user experience. Thanks.

working of App is average, however the customer care is worst. you don't get refund unless you contact them 2-3 times unlike other platforms who refunds as soon as they receive products. Also they talk in casual and rude. It is suggested to work on both refund and customer care

Not very user friendly....navigating from one option to the other should be smooth, seamless and quick.... the app lacks these attributes; Moreover once the items are added to the shopping cart, the customer can't view the details of those items from the shopping cart link.... one has to go back to the home page again and search for the items, which is time-consuming and frustrating. Besides, the points accumulated against my purchases were not converted into a discount in my last bill .
