This app is terrible. I was forced to use it to play an escape room game (Strange New Worlds) and it leaves the camera open while your trying to solve the riddles. It overheats the phone, crashes, and doesn't remember your place so you have to enter the answers over and over again. It shows no feedback so if your supposed to enter 42, but typed 41 you wouldn't know it! I have two more games that use this app and I may just trash them.

the disppointment in this app is immeasurable. occasionally the app will not even connect to the camera application. then, when the app scans 1cm poking out. I scanned some magic the gathering AR enhanced collectible coins, only to get a mildly enhanced coin image and a link to the card featured. this is advertised to have animation and content and there's not even motion tweening. this is AR in the worst possible way.

This rating is for the app and the pins. I've held off on writing a review for the broken app. The recent pin pre-order was the straw. Great initially but the company can't seem to maintain apps or attention to the pin orders. 3 weeks since release of the pins I ordered in 2025 still haven't arrived. the only way I got any communication is emailing their "help" twice. *Update* purchase refunded. Wont purchase again. One opportunity to show you are customer focused. Missed it.
