About this app

The Faerd app accompanies our physical charms, which are currently available for pre-order. Together, they help you put your phone down, be present, and be intentional about your habits.

The lock charm helps you build a physical ritual around focus.
The time charm helps you get up in the morning.

Faerd helps you reduce distractions by allowing you to intentionally limit access to selected apps during focus sessions.

Accessibility Service Usage:

Faerd uses the Android AccessibilityService API to enable its core focus features.

When you start a focus session, Faerd uses AccessibilityService to monitor which apps are in use and to block or restrict access to selected apps in order to reduce distractions and help you stay focused.

This functionality is only activated when you explicitly enable it and start a session. You are always in control and can disable this feature at any time.

Faerd does not collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive data accessed through AccessibilityService. All data remains on your device and is not transmitted externally.
