The sale programs are ridiculous. You've to complete your purchase immediately or the coupon that you took will becomes unusable right away and you lost it. And to get those coupons you'll have to wait for a completely random amount of time. Why do I have to wait for 10 hours and xx minutes for a freeship coupon or anything else that I can't even use for a >300k order? Fahasa used to be my first choice when it come to books but that's no more. "Nhanh tay," hah!

I have to say FAHASA saves my book life. The app is not really optimized but the way they do MKT now is definitely better than Tiki. All are perfect, fast delivery, freeship for bills from 150.000vnd, all books are new and wrapped carefully. I rarely leave a compliment for any services, but their service is so good that I want to write a review! One thing, I think it is better if you can connect the book reviewer, since I cannot imagine how good the book is without the review from others.

Loving this app!! It makes the price cheaper and I can access and buy the necessary stuff more easily!! However, I wish it could divide the genre for the novel or story so I can find or search the book I want to purchase more easily!
