Their updated system (first come, first served basis) for class waiting list is horrible... it made the people residing in Korea have so much more advantage when applying for the classes! Their class purchase system doesn't even work properly in-app or even on their website for those using non-korean payment method. It now became nearly impossible to pay/take any classes.

Contrary to what was mentioned in the review, we can not only register a Korean card, but also register a credit card (Visa, Master, Union, Amex) used by overseas users for payment. If you have a problem with registering card pleas contact us.

You have to have a Korean phone number to view content which they don't tell you until after you've already paid for a creator's subscription. They have no problem taking your non Korean credit card though. Awesome! This is a rip off. If you're not from Korea do not use this app!

I'm from India and just found about this app. I'm interested in to buying some of your artists course but they don't have English subtitles or the app doesn't have any proper English translation. One more issue can you make payment through Apple ID/ Net banking/ UPI available. Love from India 💕

Hello, Archana Todkar. This is the Fanding customer center. Thank you for your review, but there are no plans for English subtitle support. The place you left a review is the Google Play Store, and if you use the Apple Store, you can pay with the payment method you want.
