Pocketfold keeps your whole trip in your pocket: tickets, bookings, visa deadlines and spending in one place. It works with no internet and no account.

WHY POCKETFOLD
Boarding passes live in email, the hotel voucher in a chat, the visa deadline in your head and the budget in a spreadsheet. Pocketfold puts all of it into one day-by-day trip timeline, on your phone, offline. At the gate, at check-in or at the border you open one app, not five.

DOCUMENTS IN ONE PLACE
Attach boarding passes, itinerary receipts, vouchers and booking confirmations to the flight or hotel they belong to. Each event has slots for the documents it needs, so you see at a glance what is still missing. Everything opens without a connection.

NEVER MISS THE IMPORTANT BITS
Check-in windows, visa and ETA application deadlines, hotel check-out times: all on one timeline in the order you will live them, with local time and time zone next to every event. Reminders fire before a deadline passes. Layover warnings tell you when a connection is too tight.

VISAS AND ENTRY RULES PER COUNTRY
Every country on your route gets its own card: visa or ETA requirement, allowed stay, application status and notes. The application deadline appears on the timeline automatically.

SPENDING UNDER CONTROL
Log expenses in any currency, by day or by category. Set a trip budget and watch the progress. Totals are converted into your home currency at the rate of the day you entered them. A price typed on a flight or hotel becomes an expense automatically.

SCAN A TICKET INSTEAD OF TYPING (POCKETFOLD PRO)
Photograph or upload a ticket, booking or rental voucher and the form fills itself: flight number, airports, times, time zones, seat, baggage, booking reference, price. You only check and save. The first scan is free; PRO adds a monthly or yearly plan and 30-scan packs. Only when you choose to scan, the file is sent to our server and processed by Google Gemini; neither the file nor the result is stored there. Always compare recognised data with the original.

ALSO INSIDE
Flights, hotels, trains, buses, ferries, tours and car rentals in one timeline. A Tokyo to San Francisco flight that lands "earlier" than it departs is handled correctly. Reusable checklists (packing, documents, before you leave) plus items generated from your route. Trip archive and duplication for repeat routes.

No account, no cloud, no tracking. Everything you enter stays on the phone; the only other network use is fetching exchange rates and checking a subscription. Export a full backup to a file and restore it on any device.

What’s new

• More room for your plans: the trip header slides away as you scroll and comes back the moment you scroll up.
• Checklist groups now have an “Add item” row, so you can fill a new group right where it lives.
