Farmer Copilot is an offline-first farm management app for small and mid-sized operations. Built for the field — works on poor connections, in muddy boots, with work gloves on — it gives you a single place to track every animal, field, feed batch, and dollar moving across your farm.

Track individual animals or whole groups across cattle, goats, sheep, poultry, swine, and rabbits. Per-breed gestation calendars built from 1,200+ species data points. Health logs, vaccinations, weight gain, milk yield, feed conversion. Bluetooth scale and EID tag reader support (BLE) included.

Field-level planning, planting and harvest tracking, weather-aware disease alerts. On-device ML model predicts disease risk from leaf photos.

— FEED —
Inventory across silos, bins, and pasture. Ration formulation by species and growth stage. Low-stock alerts before you run out.

— FINANCE —
Expense and income tracking, transaction categorisation, P&L reports, budget vs. actual. Harvest-aligned billing on Pro Farmer plan — defer subscription charges to your peak cash-flow month.

— WEATHER —
Field-level forecasts from Open-Meteo and NOAA. Agricultural alerts tuned to your planted crops and livestock setup.

— ON-DEVICE AI —
Two complementary approaches: threshold "Smart Alerts" on well-understood patterns (15% milk yield drop, overdue vaccinations) and on-device TensorFlow Lite models for disease prediction. Every model runs locally — your raw farm data never leaves your device for inference. All AI is decision-support; always confirm critical decisions with a licensed veterinarian.

— OFFLINE-FIRST —
Full app functionality without internet. Writes queue locally and drain automatically when you reconnect. Conflict resolution preserves your most recent edits.

— PRIVACY —
We do not sell your data, ever. We do not track you across other apps. Cloud sync is OPT-IN. Federated learning (the system that improves AI for everyone) is opt-in, uses differential privacy with ε ≤ 1.0, and requires at least 10 farms to contribute before any aggregate model updates — your farm cannot be re-identified from a contribution.

— PROFESSIONALS —
Vets, nutritionists, and agronomists can be invited to a farm with scoped access via role-based permissions. Stripe Connect Express handles payouts.

— LOCALISATION —
8 languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, and Polish. Light and dark themes designed for outdoor lighting.
