About this app
SEEK – The World is a social discovery platform built around real people, real places and shared experiences.
Explore a living globe of moments, meet creators and communities, discover somewhere new, and help build the world's story—one place at a time. Whether you want to connect with people, contribute to a Page, explore your city or record your journeys, there's more to SEEK than a photo feed.
DISCOVER YOUR WORLD
• Explore an interactive Globe filled with location-based photo Pins and Live Pins.
• Swipe through nearby posts in Pin clusters without losing your place on the map.
• Browse Discover to find content from across SEEK, or open Home for posts from people and Pages you follow.
• Search for people, posts, places and Pages. Save others' Pins to your Globe, share what you find or open directions in your preferred maps app.
PAGES BUILT BY COMMUNITIES
Create and follow Pages for shared interests, places and discovery projects. Multiple people can contribute content to a Page, building a collective collection of real-world experiences. Explore a Page's own Globe, and collaborate to show places through more than one person's perspective.
BUSINESS PAGES, TOO
Discover businesses through their Pages, photos, ratings and reviews. Customers can contribute photos of their experiences, and Page owners can manage contributions, branches, team members, conversations and basic Page insights. Business Pages bring businesses and their communities into the same social discovery experience.
SEEK AI: DISCOVERY WITH A PURPOSE
Choose your interests and let SEEK AI learn from your activity. Search or ask for ideas and get five location suggestions on the Globe. Start a discovery mission, visit a recommended place and capture it. Earn Discovery Stars for eligible verified posts, including ordinary verified captures, and gain First Discoveries when you document a location not yet represented on SEEK.
CAPTURE, CREATE AND SHARE
Use SEEK's in-app camera, lens options and detailed editing tools. Add stickers, music and captions; share up to 15 photos in a post. Choose photo locations automatically, select them on the Globe or use approximate locations. Keep photos privately in Moments, return to drafts or archive published posts without deleting them.
CONNECT BEYOND THE FEED
Follow creators and Pages, like and comment on posts, explore profiles, and connect through direct messages or group chats. Customize the coloured rings around your Globe Pins and make your posts your own.
LIVE PINS, STREAKS AND REWARDS
Share Live Pins for 24 hours, build a SEEK Streak and preserve selected Live Pins in Moments. Earn XP from everyday participation, Stars from eligible exploration, and progress through Globe levels and achievement badges.
YOUR PERSONAL WORLD
As you use SEEK with location permission, build an automatic history of observed countries and cities, visit dates and days, and travel distance statistics. View tracked versus estimated travel and your travel streaks. No manual country checklist required.
YOUR EXPERIENCE, YOUR CHOICE
Use a private profile with approved followers, block accounts and choose location precision when posting. Personalize your appearance, app icon and Discover grid style, with nine supported languages.
