Very dissapointing!! Error after error. I can't upload an ID, change a password... or do anything. I called to the customer service and was told the app is being updated; and to update and register again- I did, nothing works. if you have an app that is money related, it better works without any issue. As much as I was excited to try and use it, I end up wasting my time checking over and over😔.

For the past few days the app constantly says "session expired". Closing the app and clearing the cache does not remedy the issue. When an update takes place, it erases your identity along with the connection to the recipient. When the App is working, it works well, but is very inconsistent over time. I hope these technical issues get resolved soon as many people are relying on it to work. Families lives are affected 😢.

I have been using this app since it first started, and I am very happy with the service. It is fast, safe, and reliable. One time, I accidentally sent extra money by mistake, and your team helped me get my money back. I truly appreciate that support. Thank you to the whole team for your excellent service and hard work.
