I paid for the premium. It seems that whilst you can message, only people who also have premium can message you! It makes it pretty pointless. Edit: Not really. There are plenty of apps that allow people to communicate as long as one member is a premium member so hot "illogical" at all. You'll lose customers as when people do the $1 trial and get no messages they'll definitely not extend their membership. Think about it.

I paid and then you charged me twice! Now the system says my email isn't recognized. ITS THE SAME EMAIL!!! Id like a refund back!! I've "contacted customer service" and no one has responded back to me. Please REFUND my money. I CANT LOGIN!!!!

I twice signed up for interracial romance, thought I had the premium subscription, because I was paying nearly 30 a month, everytime I sent a message kept getting no responses, even when someone wrote me never got any responses back, was thinking about renewing my subscription, but I see no point to be honest and I actually liked IR until it just seemed like I was wasting time and money.
